Delivering high quality holistic care to patients following major surgery To facilitate efficient and effective care and communication between the team to ensure continuity To actively contribute to developing the professional practice of the Clinical Support Division We would recommend an informal visit to the EPOC Department to see this new patient pathway in operation and to discuss the exciting plans for the development of this service.
