This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to join the directorate of mental health senior leadership team.

The Deputy Head of Nursing role will cover our Acute, PICU, Forensic & Rehab Wards.

You will be working closely with the team clinical leads, nursing staff, doctors, wider clinical team, the Heads of Service, the Business Team and other nursing colleagues within the directorate and the trust.

The Deputy Head of Nursing will play a main role in driving forward the professional nursing agenda in inpatient services, including safer staffing, professional standards and playing a vital role in the development of the strategic direction of clinical services.

You will be a passionate, experienced and motivated nurse who has a strong desire for high quality patient care.
