Do you lead an active lifestyle, and would be interested in supporting a gentleman with long term health conditions live an independent recovery focused lifestyle?
The job would involve engaging and actively taking part in swimming, using the health spa and Jacuzzi. Walks around country parks, woods and lakes are amongst other activities that you would get involved with. This would be the perfect time to focus on and improve the gentleman's health and wellbeing.
Whilst ensuring a healthy lifestyle is achieved, social inclusions are also important.

Trips to the theatre, cinema, football games, live gigs and drives to the Norfolk Broads and coast, are a handful of activities the gentleman loves to get out and about and enjoy.

Flexible hours to be agreed at interview stage.


Location:
Norwich, NR2


The role will involve;

  • Involvement with supported activities such as; swimming and country walks.
  • Season tickets to Football games
  • Social activities, i.e Theatre, live gigs, drives to the Norfolk Broads.

Access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential, as the gentleman has use of his own vehicle.


Summary terms and conditions:


  • The rate of pay for this position is £14 per hour

Hours of work: Flexible

  • The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
  • Confidentially agreement will be put in place by the employer.

You will be required undertake annual training.

  • A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
  • Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
  • Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
