Are you a strong multi-tasker with programme coordination experience? Are you looking for a temporary, hybrid assignment at a leading educational institution? Signature Recruitment is thrilled to present a unique opportunity for an Education Coordinator join our client, a top London university.

This role offers a mix of campus and home-based work over a 2-month period, and has an immediate start.

As Education Coordinator, you'll join the Education Team within the Faculty of Medicine.

You will play a crucial role in the coordination and administration of educational programmes across the institute, engaging in a variety of tasks related to the faculty's education programmes.

From refining the allocation process to managing quality assurance documentation, your efforts will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the faculty's offerings.

This role calls for a dynamic individual capable of multitasking and working autonomously, with programme management skills.


Education Coordinator Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the administration of programmes, ensuring efficient allocation processes and the maintenance of essential information pages.
  • Assist in the allocation of markers and manage batch payments for project markers, while keeping inboxes and folders organised.
  • Advise on and complete quality assurance documentation and new programme proposals in collaboration with the Education Manager.
  • Monitor course modifications and assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Guide programme teams on student survey administration and student representation processes.
  • Support Programme Directors and teaching staff with admissions, mark release, and mitigating circumstances in accordance with college policies.
  • Coordinate postgraduate taught programmes and maintain educational content across digital platforms.

Education Coordinator Key Skills:


  • Experience in managing or coordinating programmes (with experience in an academic setting being desirable)
  • Independence and initiative, with a competence for autonomous work and decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

£23.80 per hour
