Responsibilities of Recruitment Administrator role include

  • Obtaining and verifying right to work documents i.e. passports, residence permits
  • Weekly and monthly reporting for team meetings and wider business updates
  • Further ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects

About you

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders of all levels, internally and externally
  • Well organised and methodical in your work
  • Experience working within an office environment
