Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust NHS is delighted to announce new opportunities for Community Rehabilitation Healthcare Assistant (Band 3) in the Community Intermediate Care team to support the people across the county of Northamptonshire.

Your base will be Kettering and you will work in the North of the County for the majority of the time.

You may be asked to work across Northamptonshire on particularly busy days and should be flexible in this regard.

Competitive rates of mileage are paid.


You will be playing a fundamental part in improving the lives of people when they are at their most vulnerable.

You will be working with nurses and therapists to set goals, support patients by enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity & wellbeing, give advice & support, provide rehabilitation, carry out assessments and plan for onward referrals for longer term needs

With a fantastic ethos our dedicated team has a passion for quality care who are experts in this field.

In order to respond to the healthcare needs of the local population, this county wide community teams work a 6hr shift patterns between the hours of 7am to 1am daily 7 days a week, ensuring the delivery of the service can respond to the patients' needs as and when required.

You will be expected to work shift patterns routinely to cover the service hours with regular rostered weekend working.
