Resource Planning Analyst
3-6 months temporary position
To start in 2-4 weeks
Up to £ depending on experience
3 to 6 months
Parking on site


Job purpose:


As a Resource Planning Analyst you will support the company to ensure that resources are available in a timely manner and are of a high quality.

You will troubleshoot solutions to problems and analyse any issues or inefficiencies found.


Job role:


  • You will work to company and statutory requirements, with due regard to HSEQ
  • You will give advice on resources to clients, ensuring to communicate at different levels of understanding.
  • Understand requirements, explain resources and limitations to ensure clients can make informed decisions
  • All conflicts to be raised with resource planning manager
  • Utilise data analysis to identify resourcing constraints using multiple platforms
  • Support uploading mass on call data, adapting it into a CSV format so it can be uploaded to NetSuite, checking the resource grid for data clarity.
  • Responsible for assurance checks
  • Support at peak times, high level incident or base activities
  • Help to streamline processes making the department efficient
  • Develop interdepartmental relationships

About you:


  • Work productively in high pressure situations
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Highly organised, with great time management skills
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
