Duties:

To transcribe from manuscript, correspondence, memos, proposals, reports, invoices, bank letters, minutes of meetings etc.

To receive and make telephone calls and take necessary action. Passing calls to a Partner, screening the call or dealing with the call.

Administrative support for allocated Partners.

Support tax team with mail merges and packs.

Complete expenses for Partners as and when required.

To undertake filing tasks promptly as required so ensuring that client files are up-to-date.

Diary management for Partners.

Supporting with incoming and outgoing mail.

To undertake other secretarial duties including making travel arrangements, booking hotels/taxis/couriers, photocopying as well as covering reception as required.


To check Partners mail and forward on as necessary, or discuss via telephone, when they are out of the office.

Help complete monthly billing.

Administration support to different departments of the business.

Update Interaction as and when necessary as well as M-Files.

Arrange client/partner or team lunches as and when required and make sure meeting rooms are booked.

Arrange staff lunches.

Crowe clothes ordering.

Adding Partner signatures to documents.

Sending back client records once teams have finished with the client information.

Editing documents in pdf and word.

Restore - retrieving documents.

Be able to add funds to franking machines, as well as booking couriers.

Assisting with the recruitment of new team members.

Arrange work experience or Mindshop Excellence Programme.

Organise Christmas Parties and summer events for MSW.

Check weekly the 14+ days incoming post folder on MFiles and chase up teams.

Help with any contractors who come to site.

Organsie any presentations which need to be held at Black Country House - liaise with team who are presenting.

Understand the set-up of IT for all meeting rooms.

Complete KYC for tax and corporate finance.

Exercising discretion and confidentiality where required in all aspects of the above.


Previous experience required
Previous working experience within an office environment, ideally within professional services.

Self-starter, who can react to any changes of workload.

Confident and approachable with strong communications skills.

The ability to multitask and work from own initiative, as well as prioritising work load.

Strong previous with Microsoft packages, including teams, word, excel and outlook.
