Salary:

Up to £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve paymentrelated queries.
Utilize automated systems and OCR scanners to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and assist in monthend close activities.
Support the finance team with adhoc tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant:

Qualifications:

Prior knowledge of Accounts Payable is essential.

Familiarity with automated systems and OCR scanners is a significant advantage

Proficiency in NetSuite or similar financial software is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
