    Job Summary:

    This is an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Technician to join our client's growing team and provide exceptional technical support in a fast-paced, creative environment. As the first point of contact for IT support, you will troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the company.

    Role Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills within a supportive, tech-driven company. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, experience supporting Windows & Microsoft 365 environments, and basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot IT issues and resolve problems efficiently
    • Provide excellent technical support to end-users
    • Maintain accurate records of all incidents and requests
    • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve IT processes

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years experience in an IT support role
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Experience supporting Windows & Microsoft 365 environments
    • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
