INTRODUCTION

Ureka Global Ltd are relocating from their current premises in Brislington, Bristol, to a brand new facility east of Newport, only a few minutes away from M4 Junction 23.

We are on an exciting growth plan and are needing a new warehouse Operative to join us on the journey.

The easy access of this location makes it an ideal opportunity for anyone living along the M4 corridor, both in South Wales, Chepstow area, and North Bristol.

Position Overview:

An exciting and varied marketing role at a small growing family business.

The business has been in operation for over 40 years but has recently rebranded to enable the growth ambitions to be realised.

This role is ideal for someone who has had some previous marketing experience but looking to progress their career into a role which carries more responsibility and the ability to put theory into practice.

The role will involve both strategic planning as well as the implementation and execution of projects through all marketing outlets.

Experience in graphic design is a bonus, but not essential. A perfect opportunity to grow your career with a growing business.


Purpose:

To plan and implement a range of marketing campaigns and activities to grow Ureka brand awareness and achievement of revenue and profit targets

Marketing Director

Skills/Attributes Required:

Previous experience working in a similar role a benefit

IT and graphics skills competency. Adobe Creative Cloud Suite competency is a benefit

Ability to work within a team

Good typing and copywriting skills

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Ability to brainstorm, plan and execute projects to deadlines. Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programmes. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Good telephone skills


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Planning developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the Sales Director and the rest of the team to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns and activities.

Maintain and develop Ureka as a brand throughout all available outlets, including social media and website. Monitor and analyse effectiveness of marketing communications.

Some basic graphic design in line with brand guidelines. Creating and designing of marketing collateral, working close with design agency and working to brand guidelines.

Management of technical and safety data sheet creation

Design of labels, and managing of label system

Design, co-ordination and management of print and copywriting services.

Managing/coordinating and updating websites

Coordinating SEO and PPC campaigns with Digital Agency

Creating and managing social media campaigns

Design and creation of e-shots. Managing e-shot campaigns and analysing results

Designing and coordinating of trade shows

Designing system templates

Exploring and researching marketing opportunities through customer joint visits

Developing and managing prospect and customer databases

Prospecting and lead generation where appropriate

Management of marketing budgets


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
