There are six depots and one VMU across the Northwest each of which has highly trained staff together with the latest equipment and technology to keep customer operations running efficiently.

Summary:


We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant who will provide support for our busy Stoke depot as well as assisting with Health and Safety administration.


Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner and redirect them accordingly
  • Contacting customers and obtaining order numbers as required
  • Upkeep of health and safety records
  • Assist with the implementation of Health and Safety Procedures
  • Assisting service reception
  • General daily office duties (post, filing etc)
  • Other general administration and ad hoc duties to help support the smooth running of the Depot

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Excellent customer service skills, customer contact and interaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and computer literate
  • Good interpersonal skills an ability to work as a team player within a busy department
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage varying work loads
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience of working in an admin role (desirable)

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
