    Job Title: SVP, Business Development - Travel Segment

    Job Description:

    Nium, the leading global infrastructure for real-time cross-border payments, seeks an ambitious and strategic SVP, Business Development – Travel Segment to lead its global commercial strategy in one of its most critical verticals.

    The successful candidate will be a senior commercial leader with deep networks in the travel and payments industries, exceptional strategic acumen, and the ability to drive both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Growth Strategy: Define and execute the global go-to-market and business development strategy for the travel vertical.
    • Revenue Leadership: Deliver sustained revenue growth by acquiring, expanding, and retaining key global travel clients.
    • Market Expansion: Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across geographies and sub-segments of the travel industry.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Build senior-level relationships with airlines, OTAs, TMCs, hotel groups, and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of Nium's solutions.
    • Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing global business development team; coach regional leaders to deliver against targets.
    • Cross-Functional Influence: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Operations to ensure Nium's solutions meet the evolving needs of the travel industry.
    • Thought Leadership: Represent Nium externally at industry forums, events, and with the press to elevate Nium's profile as the global payments leader in travel.
    • Commercial Excellence: Develop scalable playbooks, pricing strategies, and partner models to accelerate growth and ensure repeatable success.
