- Strategic Partnerships: Build senior-level relationships with airlines, OTAs, TMCs, hotel groups, and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of Nium's solutions.
- Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing global business development team; coach regional leaders to deliver against targets.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Operations to ensure Nium's solutions meet the evolving needs of the travel industry.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nium externally at industry forums, events, and with the press to elevate Nium's profile as the global payments leader in travel.
- Commercial Excellence: Develop scalable playbooks, pricing strategies, and partner models to accelerate growth and ensure repeatable success.
