Workday HRIS Specialist
London
£50,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are currently partnered with a global client who are currently in the market for a Workday HRIS Analyst with a focus on Absence.
This will be to manage the performance and maintenance of their HR systems.Typical responsibilities will include building, maintaining and supporting the global Time & Absence plans in Workday.
This role requires configuration experience in Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with system upgrades and enhancements to include functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation and support model design.
- Building basic and advanced custom reports and extracting data requests.
- Consulting with functional leaders and SMEs to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance and positively impact customer experience.
- Use a ticketing system to manage support queries from employees and HR.
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of HR systems and operations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM and Absence.
- Processing large data sets with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders throughout the business.
- Strong project management and organisation skills.
- Knowledge of Workday Recruit would be beneficial.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
