CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be supporting our client looking to hire a Mortgage Client Care Adviser to help them engage with their lapsed clients, based in Glasgow.

The role will support advice teams by re-engaging customers to update their information with the firm.


Key skills or background required for the Mortgage Client Support Adviser:

  • A keen desire to move into a mortgage advice business, either in a customer support or advice role eventually
  • Some experience of customer service within a financial services environment is desirable
  • Some existing knowledge of mortgage products is desirable
