We would like to welcome a new Customer Service Advisor to our growing NFU Mutual Agency based in the heart of Leominster.

Working for The Leominster Agency, as appointed representatives of NFU Mutual, the role will include day to day telephone and face to face contact with new and existing customers.

Working on NFU Mutual IT systems to curate new quotations and update existing policies.

A strong attention to detail is essential being FCA regulated, working independently, excellent communication skills and working well under pressure at busy periods of our calendar year.

You will gain personal and business insurance NFU Mutual licences in your journey as a Customer Service Advisor.

35 working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break and we provide free staff parking.

This an office based role.

Please note that you will be employed by an Agent of NFU Mutual and not by NFU Mutual directly
