Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated administrator to join the Site Services team.

Working within the Estates and Facilities department who underpin the provision of delivering facilities services across all sites with the Trust.

As Site Services administrator, you will be dealing with the operational delivery of efficient, customer based services of accommodation and car parking services.

To provide administrative and clerical support (including Reception) as required for the Site Services department.

To work within the changing priorities or work practices for improvement and customer needs.

To work as part of the Site Services team providing Administrative, Reception specific duties being to administer staff accommodation and car parking service.
Provide general support to Site Services and Facilities Management (EFM) activity
Respond and allocate tasks proactively to varied and unstructured requests and enquiries received facetoface, by telephone and internet / computer systems and devices
To supervise the Site Services accommodation domestic team
