**Permanent Contract | £23,500 to £23,893 per annum (Scale D) | 37 hours per week | Norwich

Adult Learning has opportunities to join our Admissions team who have full and part time posts available on a permanent basis, working from home and office-based locations.


We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic people to collaborate with us to ensure an excellent customer experience for our learners.

Your work will be fundamental in helping our learners achieve their goals and ambitions and is administrative in nature.


You will support learners to enrol on a wide selection of courses that are intended to accommodate and fulfil the needs of our learners, including some of the most disadvantaged citizens of Norfolk.


Using all available channels, you will promote courses and give accurate advice and information about our offers and use a variety of data sources to provide detailed responses to learner enquiries at the initial point of contact.

In addition to other administrative duties, you will identify leaners who may benefit from an onward referral for career counselling and learner support assistance.

We are seeking self-starting individuals with a keen eye for detail and who can work with mínimal supervision.
