Description
Duties:
- Create and maintain a safety culture
- Understand line performance at a cellular level
- Support standardisation of measurement systems and methodologies
- Deliver on planned targets for the lines
- Ensure all lines are running efficiently
- Manage manning through time management system
- Manage and improve 5's of the lines
- Ensure efficient working practise through run rates analysis and standard work confirmation
- Facilitate 1:1's and all training of staff
- Act as a coach to all stakeholders within assigned areas and the wider business
Working hours: Monday
- Friday
To be considered for this exciting Production Supervisor role, you will need the following experience:
- Communication and coaching skills
- Proactive and able to champion with minimum supervision
- Supervisory role in a manufacturing and production environment
- Adaptable and willing to be flexible within the role
- Be tenacious in your approach in executing objectives
