We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Crowborough Leisure Centre.

Being the first point of contact for customers entering the centre, you must be able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Ideally you will have experience of dealing with customers, either face to face or via the telephone.

You will be operating the till, processing memberships, preparing and selling food and drink (as required) and generally ensuring a great service is received by all our customers.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (Rota basis)

Requirements:


  • To serve the leisure centre's customers using exceptional customer service skills
  • Promote and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offer
  • Experience of serving customers in a face to face environment
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Team orientated approach
  • To be friendly, helpful and polite
