This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your management knowledge and experience to develop our Apprentices.

Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience in an appropriate management role, either managing a team or department, along with the following qualities:

  • Focused on developing the potential in people.
  • Personable and engaging.
  • Organised and motivated.
  • Enthusiastic and professional.
  • Good maths, English and ICT skills.
  • An existing teaching/assessor qualification would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
The successful applicant will deliver Level 3 & 5 Management and Coaching apprenticeship standards to learners in the workplace


Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, the role will be to deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices.

The role will include high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice's progress from the start through to the end point assessment


You will be required to identify opportunities to bring in more vacancies and work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business.
