The postholder will work closely with the Academic Administrator in regard to the lecture list and other student related matters and will be line managed by the Events Coordinator (who is also the Executive Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty).

Applicants must have proven clerical or administrative work experience in a similar role or environment; be IT proficient; demonstrate strong organisational skills and a desire to see tasks through to their conclusion; able to pay close attention to detail and produce accurate work; high standard of written communication, and be able to develop successful working relationships with academic and support staff colleagues across the department and in the wider University.

Experience of using Planon and Weblearn would be desirable.

The role is full time and is available as a fixed-term appointment or a secondment until 31 December 2023 while the postholder is seconded to another role elsewhere in the Faculty.
