About The Role

playing a pivotal role within the company, working at pace ensuring we meet / exceed customer expectations "in Time, On Time, In Full".

Lead and organise your team to work efficiently and safely whilst maintaining a supportive and fun work place. It's fast and ever-changing - are you up for the challenge?

  • Leading a team to successfully deliver your KPI's and drive business performance.
  • Responsible for acuratley collating customer orders, taking due care and attention to ensure the goods arrive in good condition.
  • Promote Delifresh Values in you're and your teams behaviours
  • You will coach, develop and lead your team and establish a continuous improvement culture.
  • You will work closely with internal and external suppliers and will build strong, effective relationships
- ensuring that the site is legally compliant & all records (site & people) are up to date.

  • Working alongside the leadership teams to ensure a smooth and slick operation across the site.
  • Take ownership of your decisions and team culture
  • Keep all work areas clean and tidy and promote clean as you go performance

About You
As well as tons of resilience you must have:

  • Experience of a Warehouse, Logistics or Transport Management or equivalent
  • Experience in a large scale production/warehouse operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing.
  • The ability to coach and encourage your team and help them explore opportunities to continuously improve how they do their job
  • The ability to problem solve, and implement process changes in order to improve operational performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills in order to engage motivate and develop teams with varying skill sets.
  • Be flexible and hardworking
  • A positive communicator

Hours: 16:00 - 01:00, every Saturday off + one other
