TreatBox, an online gift company is currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
• Enter and update customer information in the database with accuracy and attention to detail
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problemsolving skills
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication

You will need to

• Be organised, committed, and good at time management
• Care about the detail and have high standards
• Have a willingness to 'muck in' when it's busy and stay calm under pressure
• Hardworking selfmotivated and able to selfmanage.
• Be happy to participate in social media content
• Instagram stories etc. (Nothing too crazy, don't worry)
• The Warehouse is cold in the winter so please be prepared.
