Our Client is a big four consultancy firm with a global presence, operating in over 150 countries. This organisation works with many public and private companies spanning multiple industries. The advisory work that they cover spans across audit, Accountancy,tax, corporate finance and consulting.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for an
Administrative Assistant for a
6 Months contract. This is a hybrid working model with the main location in
Cardiff.


Purpose of the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant you will be part of the RTW (Right to Work) Team.

The RTW team are responsible for completing right to work checks for new hires and renewals sent through by the client via reporting, in order to maintain immigration compliancewithin the market.


As a Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Approving/Declining Right to Work checks on a user friendly platform
  • Responding to client queries
  • Running processes using automated easy to use tools (eg: offer statistics and reports to the clients)
  • System troubleshooting and flagging any development steps needed
  • Maintaining logic within the systems
  • Previous Administration Experience
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Strong and Accurate Attention to Detail Skills
  • Computer Literacy

This client will only accept workers operating via a PAYE engagement model.
