As a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Support Assistant, you will be supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

It is an exciting role where no two days are the same This could mean you are shopping within the local community with a student in the morning and then returning to the fully equipped flat support them to prepare a snack, or notetaking in a level two business class.


Whilst we value qualifications and experience we are keen to attract staff who share our passion and place the student at the heart of what they do, who have a caring nature but wish to support and promote opportunities to enable students to develop their independence.

This role is operated on a casual hourly paid basis in which we can offer flexibility, as such it is an excellent stepping stone into this area of work.

What is an Associate?
Associates work on a short term basis as assigned. They teach or provide support services and they work with and are supported by core staff.

As an Associate you will be issued with an Associate agreement, under this Agreement period you will be eligible to work on assignments offered to you.

Typically an agreement runs from January to December and may be renewed thereafter.
