As we continue to grow aggressively, we are seeking a talented Planner/Scheduler to join our team based in the UK.


Position Overview:

As a Permanent Planner/Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our project scheduling and resource allocation processes.


Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery of our projects.


This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success and be part of a dynamic team, driving innovation in the electrical and network infrastructure industry.


This position will be predominantly working from your own home, but ideally you will be based near to Bathgate/ Edinburgh, to occasionally meet with other team members.


Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients and scheduling engineer visits and surveys.

Preparing and distributing survey documents for our in-house engineers.

Reviewing site surveys carried out by our team of engineers.

Analysing site survey documents and estimating materials and timescales for surveyed works.

Scheduling Engineers to specific jobs and appointments across the UK.

Preparing and distributing 'post installation' and 'as fitted' documents to clients. Upkeep of our back office and record keeping systems.
Compiling project status reports on request.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the electrical or construction industry.

Previous experience in a customer service-based environment.

You must be computer literate as this role is heavily IT dependent and orientated. Experience of Google G-Suite or Microsoft 365 is essential.

Exceptional personal time management skills.

Good geographical knowledge.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
