Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the ADHD Nurse Led Service delivering high quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people on the ADHD pathway.


As an ADHD Assistant Practitioner you will be expected to support the ADHD team, working with children, young people, parents/carers, schools etc.

in a variety of ways to help provide support and management of the family during the assessment process and post diagnosis.


Within in the role of the ADHD Support worker you will liaise with other professionals in order that the child and family/carers receive an integrated multi-agency approach.

And you will participate in the monitoring and evaluation of the Children and Young People's ADHD Service.

Successful applicants will be required to co-work effectively with colleagues and maintain good electronic clinical records and data collection.
