You can expect to work with friendly, energetic, ambitious people, who love getting stuck into a client problem,and enjoy celebrating a good outcome.

You will provide a wealth of legal advice on a range of pension law matters.

You will draft scheme documentation and provide advice to trustee and employer clients across the public and private sector advising on mergers, acquisitions and disposals and auto-enrolment.

You will also contribute specific technical analysis of the pension law aspects of corporate activity and take a role in negotiations to ensure an appropriate outcome.


As a qualified Solicitor you will have a track record providing consistent and clear legal advice on a mix of transactional and advisory work gained as part of a reputable pensions team.

You should possess a willingness to continue with both strands of work.
