We are an established e-commerce store specialising in women's luxury designer wear and accessories under our brand "i dare to be".

We pride ourselves on our dedication to providing a first-class shopping experience to our customers around the world.

We are now looking to recruit a new part-time team member to begin as soon as possible at our business location in Taplow, Maidenhead SL6.

Flexible working with core 30 hours per/week 10:00-16:00 over five days between Monday to Friday. We are located in a semi-rural area and you will need confirm travel/commuting requirements.

This is a varied role, which include the following:

• Preparation and packing customer orders ready for shipment
• Input of customer details using our shipping solution
• Checking incoming deliveries and unpacking items
• Steam and press clothing to prepare for photoshoots
• Maintaining consumables
• Ensuring showroom area is replenished with relevant items
• Packing and storing customer return items

What we're looking for in this job role:

• Pack daily orders with 100% accuracy and efficiency, being able to interpret invoices correctly
• Be organised and efficient to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Help pack, stock, organise and rearrange products for storage
• Ensure neat and clean working premises
• Light manual labour is an everyday part of the job
• Take personal responsibility for everything that you do as part of the delivery of an outstanding customer shopping experience
• Polite telephone manner as you will speak to suppliers to order consumables
• Work in a methodical manner to keep track packing supplies
• Full training will be provided to the successful applicant
• Possess excellent organisational skills, plenty of initiative, and superb attention to detail will be required
• Able to stay calm and productive under pressure
• Take ownership of role with a "can" and "will" do attitude to work, coupled with reliability
• A selfstarter, able to work with mínimal supervision
• Will have experience performing in a fastpaced environment and providing customer service through their work.
• Has initiative, constantly looking for ways to improve current methods and processes
• Good communication skills across all levels of the business
• Will be computer literate, efficient and accurate with data entry
• An interest in fashion
• Open to individuals over 18
