Support Administrator - Temporary 2 months
This temporary role is to provide customer administration support to the team.

It is based at our Teletrac Navman office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes, so you will be living within a sensible commuting distance of Milton Keynes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You'll be making outbound calls to request outstanding information, documents or payment to accurately complete the new account creation. In addition, you'll be supporting the reporting and checking accounts looking for the root cause of discrepancies.

  • Account creation
  • Outbound calling to chase outstanding documentation/information/payment
  • Handling customer/dealer enquiries via webchat
  • General administrative duties
  • Meet team and individual targets
  • Responsibilities other than described above, within the capability and level of the position, which may be required from time to time

ABOUT YOU

_ Y__o_
_u will have relevant administration/customer service experience, be living within a commutable distance from Milton Keynes and have full rights to work in the UK._

  • Competent computer skills, to include but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to learn new software packages
  • Problem solving and ownership skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral; Confident and effective telephone manner
  • Works in a systematic and methodical manner with the ability to multitask, and be adaptable to change
  • Good team working skills and the ability to share best practice with other team members
  • Ability to liaise with Customers, Dealers, and colleagues at all levels
