Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Clerical worked to join a public sector team in their Multi-Agency Safeguarding hub.

As a member of this team you will provide an effective and efficient service to telephone callers by actively listening in order to assess and clarify the needs of the enquirer, deal with written enquiries for services provision and provide administrative, clerical, and ICT support.

The successful applicant will have experience of administrative/clerical work or demonstrable equivalent knowledge and understanding of office procedures within a busy and sensitive public environment.

You will be handling difficult or sensitive enquiries and responding to enquiries from professional organisations, e.g. Health, Police, Probation and the Courts and from members of the public.
