Description

A weekend cleaner is require for Saturday and Sunday shifts at The Royal Armouries Museum, Fort Nelson.

Normal hours of work are 8.30am to 2.30pm Saturday and Sunday but at busy times during holidays the the shift runs until 5.00pm.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred as you will have to work to a very high standard without direct supervision.

The work involves cleaning toilets and general cleaning throughout the Victorian Fort, including cleaning offices, galleries, stairs and corridors, plus some areas after weddings and events.

Full training will be given.

Please note because of the location of the Fort, reliable transport such as car or motor bike is important as there is no public transport available and no pavement on the roadway, making walking to work hazardous.
