Head of Facilities & Asset Management, Sheffield, £55,832 - £60,530 (Monday - Friday)

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Facilities & Asset Management to join a large Public Sector organisation in Sheffield.


Role:

The role is responsible for the Strategic management of the estate, focusing on the Facilities and Asset Management of a number of building and facilities, duties will include;

  • Lead on the development and delivery of the organisation asset management strategy
  • Oversight of the lifecycle management strategy, ensuring that the assets across the estates meet statuary compliance requirement
  • Identify innovation and continuous improvement to service delivery to enhance performance and achieve standard effectively
  • Lead the delivery of the Facilities Management (FM) services, including identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of the FM operations

Person:


  • Significant experience within Facilities management withing a professional environment, preferably at Senior Manager Level role
  • Proven experience of implementing service level agreements and performance management systems
  • Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
  • Higher level qualification in Facilities or Asset Management or related discipline
