We are a small, friendly and well-established music company with a head office in North London.
Reporting to the company's directors, you will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks that are essential for the day-to-day running of the business.
These include daily order processing, invoicing, shipping Amazon orders and submitting quarterly stock sales returns.Main duties include:
- Managing and Shipping weekly Amazon purchase orders via Amazon Advantage
- Processing of Amazon invoices and returns
- Process invoices and credit notes on Sage 200
- Stock transfers on Sage 200 keeping stock uptodate
- Uploading new titles to Amazon and Gracenote
- Registering new releases with copyright societies
- Submission of quarterly sales to copyright societies
- Adding new titles to the company's website & social media
- Put together monthly sales sheets in Adobe Acrobat Pro and occasional marketing tools for the sales team
- Help the team with proof reading of Vinyl/CD artwork
Place of work
It is envisaged that after initial training, a combination of work-from-home and office-based will be the norm for this role.
Person Specification
The following are

- Degree level qualification and Excel skills
- Commercial administration experience in the last 12 months (note: recent graduates

- Knowledge of Amazon Advantage or Fulfilled by Amazon is an advantage, but not essential as training will be given
- Experience in the use of accounting software desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Numerate, able to input data accurately, great attention to detail
- Organised, with excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Ability to take responsibility, initiative and work independently
- High standard of written and spoken English and a pleasant telephone manner
- Reliable, friendly, cooperative, and willing to address all admin tasks as and when necessary

£25,000 pa (a.a.e.) rising to £26,000 after an initial 3 month trial period.
