£120-150k plus equity and bonus
**Location

St Ives, Cambridge**Finatal are looking for a handson CFO to join a PE backed facilities maintenance company with a 4D monitoring system supporting a variety of essential sectors.

Backed by a credible PE house that is looking to grow organically and via continued M&A. They are aiming to grow EBITDA by over 100% before a secondary exit or trade within 3 years.

Would initially be required to integrate and consolidate current group and any further acquisitions to improve management information reporting, data and controllership before having a more commercial strategic influence.

Reason for vacancy is the recent PE takeover and upscaling of the finance team. Would need to commute 4 days a week and be on multi-site projects.

CEO has extensive experience with the company and understanding of the group's finances, with a passion for growing the company at scale.
