Description

Job Purpose:


To provide a highly effect and competent administration support to both Learning & Development activities and the 111/IUC service, ensuring that effective learning and knowledge systems are in place that are consistent across various LCW Sites, including St Charles Hospital and Martin House, Southall, and to provide administrative support to the LCW 111/IUC Training Team.


The post holder will have first-class interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively, working as part of a team and possess a flexible and adaptable approach to the role to meet changing service needs.


Work with the Learning & Development Centre Manager to ensure that the LCW CM1 Training Base in Martin House in Southall and reception area is covered throughout the opening hours of 9.00am to 17.00pm.

Although this role will be based at various LCW Sites, based at a specific Learning and Development Centre the post holder will perform administrative tasks that relate to training activity across all Trust sites.
