LOCATION:
Hybrid Working - A blend of working between your home and the Penrith office.
Although we can facilitate 100% office working if that is your preference, our minimum requirement would be one day per week in the office.
WE ARE:
BESA publishes a range technical and health and safety publications including SFG20, a unique online library of maintenance schedules and related products.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will work with the wider SFG20 team in support of the sales and processing of SFG20 sales, customer interactions and general administrative support for the client relations team.
Key Duties:
- To look to proactively provide first call resolution wherever possible
- Liaise with clients regarding their SFG20 licence
- The daily processing of SFG20 orders received including invoicing and direct debits
- Account administration in the Business Central accounting system database
- Support on monthly renewals creating renewal opportunities on CRM and liaising with clients for PO's
- Support on Credit Control
- Collation of monthly statistical data on sales and invoicing, payments and direct debits
- Have a clear understanding of the basic functionality within the website to assist clients with general help and guidance
- Day to day account administration within the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) including updating subscription information
- Identifying improvements to ensure efficient and effective procedures are in place
- Ensure all SFG20 procedures are updated to retain ISO 9001 compliance
- Providing general administrative and support duties to the SFG20 sales team
ABOUT YOU:
Skills & Knowledge - Essential:
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Business administration experience
Skills & Knowledge - Desirable:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications
- Five GCSE's Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Personal Attributes - Essential:
- Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to recognise ways to change or improve administrative processes
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Selfmotivated and eager to learn new skills
- A team worker with a respect for confidentiality
