Description

The Procurement Systems Team Lead is responsible for the development and maintenance of catalogues to support the effective purchase of goods and services, as well as the administration of the Atamis system.

To provide an effective and professional service that delivers on-going cost efficiencies and benefits to the Trusts, supporting the Head of Local Delivery as required.


Support the Head of Local Delivery in the daily maintenance, accuracy and integrity of the Trust's Procurement system, with particular regard to GHX cataloguing and Atamis.

To manage the development and maintenance of catalogues to support efficient and effective purchasing.

Assist in the writing of Business Intelligence reports for Procurement, including catalogue usage and contract coverage.

Utilising Find It In The Black Country or other systems to identify alternative product sources as required.
