Description

A multinational pharmaceutical firm is looking for an interim
Change & Communications Manager, to lead the change communications activities on parts of a major ERP transformation programme

Role:
Change & Communications Manager

Day Rate:
£600pd-£650pd - Outside IR35

Duration: 6-12 months initially

Location:
Cambridge, 3-4 days in the office in the first week of the month

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Experience delivering change and communications as part of a
ERP (SAP) implementation programme
The ability to
adapt communicationstyle to cater for a vast stakeholder audience, with experience utilising a range of channels and methods of delivery
Experience working on
global projects across various geographies and time zones
The ability to demonstrate how to use a
change network strategy to achieve engagement via colleagues and stakeholders
Demonstrate an adaptable change management approach and bring in their
own toolkit to add creativity to the team

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Develop and deliver the
change and communications strategy for various phases of the programme
Create and execute the
change plan and strategy:
Work closely with the team to deliver engaging and informative communications to obtain buy in from colleagues and stakeholders alike
Integrate the overall
change and communications strategy approach into the overall ERP Transformation Change Programme

This is an
initial 6-12 month contract, with presence needed in their
Cambridge office
