Overview

Our sales office team play a crucial role in our company, communicating and order processing for our national and global customers.

We are looking for a dedicated team leader to join our fun and friendly team that will provide effective and efficient support to our customers and promote sales.

What you will be doing

If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and can lead and inspire to develop the skills of your team, then this could be the role for you.

The Sales Office Team Leader will be working with our sales team and responsible for delivering a great customer experience from pre-sales all the way through to delivery.

A key part of the role is to manage and develop stakeholder relationships (both internally and with our customers) whilst also supporting and developing team members.

Proactive management and excellent communication are key to delivering the excellent customer service we expect.

£27,000.00 per year
