Job Title:
Marketing Specialist

  • InterGreat Education Group, a leading global educational consulting organisation headquartered in London, is seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will have a primary focus on enhancing our brand presence, promoting our services on social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns specifically targeted at the UK, China, Vietnam, and India. This is a fulltime position based in our London office.

Main responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement brandbuilding strategies and campaigns to enhance InterGreat Education Group's brand recognition in target markets, particularly in the UK, China, Vietnam, and India.
  • Create and manage compelling social media content across multiple platforms (such as Google, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage with target audiences, increase brand visibility, and drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns specifically targeting the British, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indian markets, ensuring messaging aligns with cultural nuances and relevant platforms are utilised effectively.
  • Produce highquality, persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and other online content, that resonate with target audiences in the UK, China, Vietnam, and India.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events and webinars targeted at these markets, ensuring effective collaboration with local partners and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends in the UK, China, Vietnam, and India to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for expanding our reach and engaging with potential students and partners.
  • Collaborate with the global Marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across different regions and support regional marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics and data analytics tools, providing timely reports and making datadriven recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.

Education, Qualifications and Language:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. Additional certifications or specific training in digital marketing or social media management are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on branding, social media management, and marketing campaigns targeted at international markets, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, specifically in the context of the UK, China, Vietnam, and India.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different cultural contexts and audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with the education industry in the UK, including knowledge of student recruitment trends and cultural differences.
  • Creative thinking, with the ability to generate engaging content and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and partners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency/Native in Chinese (Mandarin)
