NECS Consultancy offers bespoke management consultancy expertise to a range of clients across health and social care, and we are recruiting a Head of Consultancy National Delivery to join our Senior Leadership Team.

We require a dynamic leader, who is passionate about driving the commercial success of our organisation, experienced in leading national programmes across government departments, the NHS and social care, and successful in winning and delivering complex client engagements.

Head of Consultancy is a key role in leading NECS Consultancy's delivery of high-profile programmes and requires the ability to show excellent stakeholder management skills at senior levels, demonstrate strategic thinking, and manage trade-offs to achieve desired high-quality outcomes.

We have consultancy teams across all NHS regions and this role is nationally based, meaning we would expect a combination of home working and travel to NECS regional offices and client locations.
