A busy student letting agent is looking to expand its team with an exciting new role. the applicant will be responsble for a managing a portfolio of properties inclusing liasing with landlords, tenants and contractors.

This is a role that will suit an individual that is happy to explore new ways of operating within property.

It would be beneficial if the applicant has property experience however all applicants will considered.

Day to day tasks will include:
Viewing properties with tenants, meeting and discussing property related matter with landlords and tenants.

Undertaking some day to day letting tasks such as check in and out of properties, property inspections and managing works.

Organising digital marketing and filming of properties.

Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

• Bonus scheme

Experience:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
