Description

Due to continued growth we are looking for a skilled painter and decorator to work on vacant residential property projects in Oxfordshire.

• Carrying out internal and external painting works in domestic properties.
• Minor repairs to surfaces before decorating/painting, filling cracks on walls, filling, sanding and repainting on woodwork
• General snagging works to walls and ceilings
• Using all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are met and best practice standards observed
• Follow instructions delivered by the manager/supervisor
• Must be working clean as client may visit during works

Must be able to provide your own vehicle and tools, and you will be given materials & consumables to do the work.

• Own vehicle and tools
• Experience in domestic residential painting and decorating
• UTR number, selfemployment, paid through CIS.
• Able to work across Oxfordshire

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

• CIS registration (preferred)
• Driving Licence and own Van & Tools (required)
