Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join their team.

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations within our practice.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage confidential files, answer phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the team in general, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and drafting correspondence and reports.
  • Coordinate with various providers, our network, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and other activities as required.

Requirements:


  • Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field are required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in administration or a related field, with progressive responsibility.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the firm.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
