Booked it provide cutting edge technology and smart marketing tools all aimed at helping hospitality and leisure businesses drive footfall and increase loyalty.
Booked it is the B2B arm of our sister company Licklist, which is the UK's fastest growing marketplace for hospitality and leisure, connecting over 6,000 venues to a community of over 700k users.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and preparing bespoke systems for clients ( all training will be given and no prior experience require )
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of customer queries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities to drive growth on customer accounts
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for customer support on weekends
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoys problem solving with an inquisitive nature
Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
