ii connection, IT recruitment company with a laser focus on key domains including Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure and AWS, ML and AI is looking for a Tech Senior Recruitment Consultant with at least 4 years of experience in tech recruitment and business development.

As a recruitment consultant you will be working closely with both clients and job applicants, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

A successful recruiter must be friendly and persuasive.

You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Identifying new business opportunities.
Keeping up to date with trends within your sector.
Building longterm relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones.
Create and post job advertisements.
Recognise and strive to meet client's hiring needs.
Match applicants to job positions.
Screen applicants before the interviewing process.
Create and implement recruiting strategies.
Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.

Requirements:

4+ years of overall professional experience in 360 tech recruitment.
Proven experience in business development in a tech environment.

Preferred Requirements

BSc/Ba in Human Resources, Marketing o Business Management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms.

Professional Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills'Customer Focus'
Strong verbal and written communication English. Knowledge of another language will be taken into very high consideration.
Manages customer expectations effectively.
Ability to quickly build relationships.
Strong time management skills.
