Requirements:

• Ability to create high quality and professional content according to brief and demonstrate the ability to work on video projects for a variety of different clients and placements.
• Understanding of technical postproduction techniques and processes including editing, motion graphics, colour grading, animation, visual fx and livestreaming.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as colour grading, audio and other postproduction software.
• Understanding of core filmmaking techniques such as composition, lighting and framing, to create stylish and cinematic frames as well as the ability to capture cinematic content.
• Proficiency in motion design, vfx and creation of motion graphics and animated assets.
• Proficiency in the use of a range of production equipment including cameras, sound equipment and lighting.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative ideas and solutions within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work within a team environment, collaborating with other team members and taking direction from senior management and creative leads
• Experience working as part of a crew on productions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, effective time management and punctuality.
• 23 years+ experience

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of the video production team to create premium visual assets.
• All aspects of preproduction including but not limited to script development, creation of storyboards, call sheets, logistics management, location and casting management, equipment booking and management and budget management
• All aspects of video production including but not limited to camera operation, photography, drone piloting, sound recording, lighting setup and management, production management, liaising with clients, producers, cast and crew members and ensuring briefs are being adhered to
• All aspects of the postproduction process including but not limited to video editing, sound design, motion design, visual FX, colour grading, motion graphics and animation
• Assisting with account management and liaising with clients
• Assist with the creation and writing of proposals, briefs and reports
• Project Management
• Working to deadlines and ensuring good time management
• Taking direction from the creative lead to fully realise the vision of the project.
• Concept development
• Providing additional support to the wider team where required.
