About the role
The Consultant role at Momentum ITSMA is pivotal.

As the principal delivery mechanism, they play a fundamental role across our client practices, operating as the conduit and connector of our expertise into our clients.

With accountabilities ranging from ensuring consistent high-quality standards and fostering enduring client relationships, to delivering efficient outcomes within agile timelines, the Consultant epitomises our mission of driving market-beating growth.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Ensuring a consistent and highquality standard of delivery by closely monitoring project processes, leading to enhanced pipeline development and developing longterm relationships with clients.
  • Achieving efficient, highquality outcomes for all assigned projects by leveraging best practices, and robust project management skills within agreed timeframes and budget.
  • Achieving consistent client satisfaction across all projects delivered by maintaining open communication channels, seeking regular feedback, and being responsive to client needs.
  • Providing comprehensive, accurate, and timely reporting for all ongoing projects, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any potential roadblocks.
  • Establishing and upholding deep specialist knowledge about the client, their business landscape and specific accountbased methodologies, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor in the domain.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identifying potential opportunities during client interactions by staying updated with industry trends and verifying these insights with practice colleagues for alignment and feasibility.
  • Actively liaising with team resources, Shared Services, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for inputs or support in client projects, ensuring a collaborative approach to problemsolving and innovation.
  • Consistently impressing clients with deep expertise, forwardthinking perspectives, and regular proactive engagement beyond standard delivery, solidifying our consultancy's value proposition.
  • Striving for positive client satisfaction feedback by delivering beyond expectations, and actively seeking permissions for case studies related to assigned projects, highlighting success stories and learnings.
  • Producing detailed reporting throughout the lifespan of assigned projects, utilising advanced tracking tools and regularly updating stakeholders on the project's status.
  • Collaborating to share knowledge, learnings, and experiences within the practice and the broader Consulting function, organising periodic knowledgesharing sessions and contributing to internal knowledge bank.

Skills and competencies:


Technical skills

  • Proposal development: drafting high impact proposals, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the integrated service offering and showcasing consulting skills and thought leadership
  • Project management: owning the endtoend delivery of client projects, ensuring they are within scope and estimate, utilising approved templates and frameworks
  • Detailed reporting: Accurately represent all project work in consultancy business systems and reporting lines, ensuring transparency and timely communication regarding any issues or barriers
